01. Client

The Bank has been operating on the Polish market since 1986 and currently ranks 4th in terms of assets. Since its foundation, mBank has been a pioneer and leader in the area of online banking and now also mobile banking. Currently, it provides services to 5.6 million customers of retail banking.

Consdata started cooperation with mBank by implementing the most important applications such as Account Application, Card Application and Credit Application. The next step was the decision to transfer the after-sales orders to the eximee platform. Currently, the client has the possibility to submit more than two hundred different orders in various channels.

Our goal was to replace the existing solution for publishing self-service orders. The previously used system made it difficult to maintain such numerous after-sales applications. An additional disadvantage was the lack of reusability of components. Minor changes in the consents and statements texts required modification of all orders which contained a given fragment of the text. Therefore, a new solution was needed to facilitate the process of creating and modifying such numerous applications.

02. Solution

We proposed transferring the existing orders to the eximee platform previously implemented in the bank. We created a mechanism for automatic transfer of existing orders to the new system.

03. Results

mBank has gained full freedom in creating, changing and developing self-service orders. Thanks to its own team, which independently develops applications on the eximee platform, the bank saves time and money. Employees can implement changes in a short time (in practice, this is done on a daily basis) and publish these changes simultaneously in all channels. The component structure of eximee application elements enables management of consent and statement texts independently of the application templates by people without programming skills, and all components are versioned.
